My Entry For The Rite Aid Nail Art Extravaganza: Spring Scene

So, this was my entry for the Rite Aid Nail Art Extravaganza. I didn't get into the top ten, so I obviously didn't win, But it was a honor to have Essie, and Julieg713 actually view my nail art!!! :D This is one of my favorite designs. For the contest, I called it "Spring Scene". Literally, a scene of the sky, and some spring flowers!!! :D Hope you guys like it!!! :D

Last Year's 4th Of July Manicure

Pretty isn't it? This is what was on my nails last year for The 4th Of July. My nails were much shorter then. I wonder what I'll do this year?
We have a nice glittery silver nail, a water marble topped with glitter, The American Flag, and a dark blue navy polish topped with a silver glitter french tip. I'll eventually find out what I did on my thumb.
Having a hard time recreating the water marble on my other middle finger, I went with a white base, red zebra print. Hope you like!!! :D I prefer more nail arty nails and posts, so more to come!!! :D

OPI Designer Series: Reserve

Oh, the wonderful joys of starting a blog. A blog fail that is. My camera not working, to laziness, we're finally up and running with a half decent post, actually about nail polish. This, is my joy, that goes by the name of Reserve. A light to medium pink holographic by OPI, which we all love so much. There is no cuticle cleanup, because I wanted to swatch this, and get a half decent picture before the sun left. It's an Oregon thing.

This would be the bottle of my go to polish. I do adore my holographics.

With no Macro lens, a closeup of my cuticles in great condition. Oh hey, there's some pretty polish too! I know, I'm so funny. The formula is great. This is two coats.                                         

Depending on the light, this nail polish can look like a lighter, or on this case, a more medium pink.
